Audit trailexperimental
Every change in one ledger: who did it, when, to what, and what exactly changed. Rows open the entity as it is now — and deleted things take you to the list instead of a dead end.
Guidelines
- mustFilters (search, action, actor) sit in one FilterBar row and reset pagination to page 1 on change.
- mustTimestamps are absolute ('Jul 22, 16:41'), tabular, and newest-first — relative times drift during long review sessions.
- shouldThe action column is the only place audit verbs get color; detail text stays muted prose.
